Local groups of members meet through the year — bringing projects in progress, examining antique pieces, hosting visiting makers. From Maine to Southern California. All twenty-two are part of your membership.
Members meet a few times a year to bring projects in progress, examine antique pieces, and host visiting makers and demonstrators. An active chapter meets two to four times a year; the strongest run quarterly while the local energy holds.
Membership opens any chapter to you — visit a meeting outside your home chapter when travel allows. Many members hold ties to two or three. Non-members can usually attend a first meeting as a guest before deciding.
Talk to current chapter leads about starting one. The Society supports new chapter formation with a starter kit, named-chapter recognition, and access to the chapter-leads network. Start a chapter →
